ColdFusion 9 installation issue

Hi,
I am trying to install CF 9 on Win 2k8 and encounter invocationTarget Exception as soon as the installer extracts the files. I had Java 1.6 update 29 installed on my machine. I am getting the same error even after uninstalling Java.
Anyone out there who has had similar issues?
