I would like to update a trouble ticket form. That I wrote for my intranet at my job. The reason is that I want to find ways to get updates of new tickets created and manage existing tickets from my iphone. Which brings me to using CF in the iOS environment.

Any ideas?

It seems like there are two questions in this post?

In admin you'll need to add your mail server settings. Then invoke with CFMAIL.

For IOS? you'll need to use mobile compatabile layout, phonegap, etc.
